Fare La Prima Colazione

I am well aware of those of you who follow this blog simply for the recipes! I don't blame you. I would probably do the same. So, I thought I'd share my favorite breakfast recipe. 

Pears (or other kind of fruit....I'm addicted to pears right now)
Ricotta (I must say, the ricotta here is NOTHING like what we used to buy in big tubs to make lasagna. I could not believe how creamy and sweet it tastes here rather than dry and "bleh." I'm sure if you stay away from the big grocery-store brand tubs of ricotta and maybe go to a specialty store - or look in the specialty cheese section - you may be able to find a good brand. It is well worth the money! All that is in this brand is milk, salt and citric acid.)
